Shipping

All items will be shipped in a timely manner via UPS/USPS/DHL. You will automatically receive an email/text message with your tracking number when your order is fulfilled. Please remember to completely fill out each area in the checkout process.

Domestic Shipping: Calculated at checkout

International Shipping: Calculated at checkout by DHL or UPS

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Orders 

PROJECTSONDER TEAM IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS ONCE THEY LEAVE OUR WAREHOUSE AND ARE IN THE HANDS OF THE PARCEL SERVICE. ALL CLAIMS MUST BE FILED WITH THE RESPECTIVE PARCEL SERVICE THAT IS DELIVERING YOUR PACKAGE.

Returns/Exchanges

All sales are final. We do NOT offer exchanges or returns of any kind. If a mistake is made on our end we will fix it for you. We do not cancel orders after they are submitted.

Pre-Order Policy

Some items in our store are available as PRE-ORDER only. Pre-order items will be clearly labeled in the product title and description. By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

• Pre-order items are not immediately available and will ship within 6–8 weeks from the date your order is placed
• You will receive an order confirmation immediately after purchase confirming your pre-order
• A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent once your order has been fulfilled and dispatched
• Pre-order timeframes are estimates and may be subject to slight delays due to production or supply chain factors. We will communicate any changes promptly
• Pre-order items are non-refundable and non-cancellable once the order has been submitted, as production begins shortly after orders are placed
